Little Poinsettia Mini top hat

This hat is excellent for making a statement, its neautral colors allow you to build it into a focal point with any outfit. This satin miniature top hat can be worn with a headband or affixed to the wearers head via small loops inside the hat. Delicate white lace makes up the band, creating a stark contrast with the satin hat and forming a generous bow and waterfall tail in the back. The front of the band is decorated with a line of large rhinestones. Smaller rhinestones scatter thier glittery light around the rest of the hat.
