This collection of golden, artisan earrings is made from solid brass and freshwater pearls in beautiful Cornwall. The brass is hand beaten on a weathered, antique anvil, giving a unique and shimmering texture. This range is inspired by the textures of ancient jewellery, paired with graphic, contemporary shapes. Beaten gold and freshwater pearl was a combination much favoured in Ancient Rome, and it remains one of the world's favourite combinations to this day. My beaten brass is solid and raw, and can be left to patina naturally or kept to a glittering shine using the free jewellery polishing cloth provided.
