Navy ranch Worn Gus hat boast a fun distressed finish with classic western styling. First we start with the best felt money can buy and spend hours shaping and finishing it to perfection! A blend of natural beaver felt and wild European hare, that will wear well for years. Unlike store bought hats with no beaver content, these hats will hold their shape and are very easy to maintain. Beaver Fur has the ability to shed water and is barbed, having the ability to interlock when ironed and steamed. So durable they can be washed, turned inside out, and rebuilt for a new life years later! Available in all colors, but we are featuring the Navy here as it is our best seller. Bands are sold separately, contact us to design your favorite. We can build these in any color, Please contact us. Hats can take six to ten months to create, as this is a custom build. Sometimes we can get them out sooner, but due to the felt manufacturers timing we cannot guarantee exact dates. Please understand that we are always working to get your order out as soon as we can.
