This size fits my cats and my Pomeranian. Medium: 14 inches around and 4 inches tall. This fits my Dachshund and my Nigerian Dwarf goats. Large: 18 inches around and 4 1/2 inches tall This size fits my Chocolate Labrador (but she can also wear the x-large) and my Nubian goats. X-Large: 20 inches around and 5 inches tall.
