Termination Activity: Lei's were given as a gretting or a farwell. They are still given for friendship, apprieciation, love, congratualtions, and recognition. Have each member of group make flowers to add to the lei for the member leaving, reflection on thier experiance of that person in group. The directive allows for concrete symbolic expression of termination while facilitating reflection.
