I posted a reel a couple of days ago about not being able to earn more than $30/hour baking which led to some questions. If I pay myself more that $30/hour to bake, my baked goods are generally priced too high for my area. There is one exception to this…sourdough bread. It’s ingredient costs are quite low and the demand is high so my hourly wage is also much higher for that item.
