Bent over rows I’ll use 40s and a 35 for wide row when I’m doing one side at a time. ⁣ ⁣ Remember, this is what medium, and heavy are for me for this specific muscle group. It may be totally different for you.⁣ ⁣ A set of light, medium, and heavy weights is all you need for a workout like this, really for any home workout. Whatever light, medium, and heavy is to you.
