Scottish Morning Rolls are unique to Scotland. While there are similar bread rolls in other places we've never quite found the perfect texture and combination of a light fluffy interior with a slightly chewy crust that can hold delicious ingredients inside like haggis, square sausage, tattie scones, and even a Scotch Pie! This recipe has taken some time for us to do, because we knew it had to be PERFECT. Enjoy!
