Owl monster

Based on a dream I recently had. From what I remember, and to my understanding, there was some sort of sickness that only affected owls which would turn them into moths. They were at least 5ft in height, their feathers were white, gray and black with red under their neck and ends of primaries. The feathers seemed to slowly fall off whenever they moved.
