Use two 9" rounds and 3 cupcakes. Use one 9" round for the face and then cut the other to shape for the hat. Use 3 cupcakes for the nose, ears and chin. I think it turned out pretty cute! You'll have to buy the red, blue, black and brown frosting's, but you can make the flesh color one for the face by mixing 8 drops yellow, 6 drops red, 2 drops green into a vanilla can of frosting.
