Here is my frugal neighbor gifts this year. I went with banana nut bread because it is so simple. I went to Michael's and bought these cute little mini loaf pans for $1. Then baked the banana nut bread using this recipe: Ingredients 2 C. Sugar 3\4 C. Butter 3 eggs 1 1\2 tsp vanilla 2 C. mashed ripe bananas 1\2 C. sour cream 3 1\2 C. Flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 1\2 C. chopped pecans Method Preheat Oven to 325' F. Lightly butter & flour 2 8" x 4" loaf pans…
