Whoever told you, you can’t eat pasta and lose weight obviously hasn’t stepped into the scouse chef’s kitchen 👨‍🍳 

Only 530 cals and 26 grams of protein! 

Ingredients (per serving):
- 80g pasta (dry)
- 40g low fat halloumi
- 30g chorizo 
- 20g red pesto 
- 1 tbsp Paprika 
- 1 tbsp garlic
- Garlic bread (optional) 

(I bought all of these ingredients from aldi) 

How to make:
- get your pasta on the boil for 10-12 mins
- Chop your chorizo and your halloumi 
- Fry your chorizo for a couple of mins until oil starts to release 
- Fry your halloumi for a couple of mins
- Add your pesto, paprika & garlic
- Give a good mix and add back to the heat for a couple of mins.
- Drain your pasta and mix in your sauce.
- Enjoy 😮‍💨
