Trace’s Oats on Instagram: "Such a great snack 😏 𝘿𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙨: - 2 cups rolled oats - 1/2 cup pumpkin puree - 1/4 cup milk - 1/4 cup peanut butter (or almond butter) - 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup - 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/2 tsp cinnamon - 1/4 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract - 1/3 cup chocolate chips - 1 tsp coconut oil 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F 2. Mix oats, pumpkin puree, peanut butter, honey, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract in a bowl. 3. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish. 4. Bake for 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cool. 5. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in 30 second intervals until melted. Spread it evenly over the cooled oatmeal bars. 6.
