About me

I was born in Cordoba, Spain, in 1973. Got my degree in Computer Engineering in 1997. Since 2007, working for Junta de Andalucia in the IT field. In 2012 I became an amateur photographer. Since then I have been looking for a valid and fulfilling reason to do photography apart from taking nice pictures not valuable to anyone except me. One day I took part in Wiki Loves Earth 2015 (Spain and Portugal) and was awarded the 5th prize. That gave me the opportunity to get to know the people at Wikimedia España and eventually I joined them. From that moment on, I realised I had found the reason I was looking for and became a contributor to Wikimedia Commons. You can see some of my best photos in the galleries below.
