English: Photo from collection of Polish RAF fighter-pilot Andrzej Sylwester “Tadeusz” Grodyński, author of the 'The Grodyński Brigade', son of Stanisław (Polish Governor) and grandson of Andrzej (Polish Judge). After completion of his flying training, Tadeusz was assigned as a pilot with 306 Toruń Combat Squadron during WWII. 306 Squadron (pl) was one of four squadrons in the 133 Fighter Wing of the RAF, which consisted at the time of three Polish squadrons 306, 309 and 315, plus one British squadron, 129.
