Non-standard position

[edit]

This image, with the right forearm in pronated position, does not reflect what would be found in standard anatomy illustrations. --202.28.181.200 07:41, 27 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Not a problem

[edit]

Left side is in standard position. Right side shows correctly the position of ulna and radius when in pronation. Rossicev (talk) 14:02, 17 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Inaccurate dimensions

[edit]

In multiple discussions this image have found to be inaccurate and poorly dimensioned. Its listing as featured is a rest from earlier times when requirements were lower. CFCF (talk) 20:03, 29 July 2018 (UTC) [reply]

Didn't know that. I reverted the IP exactly for lack of an explanation. CFCF, could you please provide links to these discussions? This file was used as source for dozens of other images. If the inaccuracies in it are that much serious, then the derivative works also suffer from the same problem. —capmo (talk) 01:41, 30 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
The discussion can ba found here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Featured_picture_candidates/delist/Human_skeleton_redux; and indeed, the derived versions suffer from the same problems. --Nefronus (talk) 23:35, 26 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
