Description
Deutsch: Kapitell im Ostflügel des Kreuzgangs der Benediktinerabtei St. Matthias in Trier, es wurde bei der Renovierung des Kreuzgangs in den 1950er Jahren von Willi Hahn angefertigt.
Darstellung: Die verdurstende Hagar wird von einem Engel gerettet, der ihr eine Quelle zeigt.
English: Capital in the eastern aisle of the cloister of St. Matthias Abbey, Trier, Germany. The capital was created by Willi Hahn during the renovation of the cloister in the 1950s.
Motif: Hagar, dying of thirst, is saved by an angel who shows her a source.
