Italiano: La targa marmorea fu posta da Napoleone, Angiolo e Cecilia a ricordo dei fratelli Temistocle e Aristide Sforsi, volontari e caduti della battaglia risorgimentale di Montanara e Curtatone il 29 maggio 1848. La lapide fu posta sulla facciata del Santuario della Madonna delle Grazie in località Grazie di Curtatone

The plaque was placed on the facade of the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Grazie in the locality of Grazie di Curtatone |
