Čeština: Vlajka obce Telnice, okres Ústí nad Labem. List s bílým kosmým pruhem širokým polovinu šířky listu. Horní vlající pole zelené, dolní žerďové červené. V horním pruhu modrá dvanáctihrotá hvězda.
