Andrey Leonidovich Bobykin (born 1956) is a Russian artist, a Meritorious Artist of the Russian Federation, a full member of the Russian Academy of Arts, the Academician Secretary of the Design Department of the Russian Academy of Arts.
The stamp of Russia, 15.00 Rubles, 25 October 2013, PTC Marka Catalogue No 1740, Michel No 1972. Coated paper, varnish coating, bronze paste. Offset printing. Perforation: comb 12×11½. Size of the stamp: 50×37 mm. Print run: 300,000.
