Description
English: Cover of the satirical magazine La Traca during the Spanish Civil War, in which a caricature of the nationalist general Francisco Franco is shown. In it the condition of homosexual is attributed to Franco, who is portrayed contemplating a bunch of bananas (a phallic metaphor) while he declares "Oh! When I see certain things up close, how I remember Morocco!".
Español: Portada de la revista satírica La Traca durante la guerra civil española, en la se muestra una caricatura del general sublevado Francisco Franco. En ella se atribuye la condición de homosexual a Franco, a quien se retrata contemplando un racimo de plátanos –metáfora fálica– mientras declara «¡Ay!
