Français : Caractéristiques cliniques de la maladie Morgellons. En haut à gauche (A) : dos d'un patient touché par la maladie des morgellons présentant des lésions couvrant toute la surface de la peau y compris les zones hors de portée du patient.. La lésion ne semble donc pas associée au grattage. An haut à droite (B), Retour du patient avec des lésions induites par grattage (qui montrant une distribution limitée à la zone qui est à la portée du patient). C, fibres de deux couleurs intégrées dans des cals de la peau du patient porteurs de morgellons ( grossissement : 100x). |
