Se muestra un islote “in situ” de páncreas humano, en colores y con gran aumento.
El islote muestra la habitual disposición compacta de las células endócrinas en su interior.
La arquitectura del islote es característica y está mantenida en las diferentes especies. Sujeto: 41 años sano.

Inmunohistoquímica: tinción para insulina (verde), glucagón (rojo), somatostatina (blanco) y núcleos (azul).
