English: Croydon Parish Church Tower, Croydon The West Tower of Croydon Parish Church contains the main entrance to the church. The tower is predominantly medieval, 125 feet high to the top of the pinnacles. Above the west door can be seen the arms of Archbishops Courtney and Chicheley, who were mainly responsible for the building. The tower, together with the south porch and outer walls are the only parts of the church remaining after a fire in 1867.
