Description
English: Biobele means happiness in native Kalabari dialect, a sub tribe of the Ijaw people of nigeria, the attire is that of the Kalabari people it is known as Etibo it has influenced the attire of neigbouring communities who have also adopted the Etibo but in different variants but the Kalabari wears it most elegantly.
