| Description |
Norsk bokmål: Amygdalin som reagerer med vann (i svart), og danner glukose (i rødt), bensaldehyd (mandelessens i blått) og hydrogencyanid (blåsyre i grønt). Prunasin er i praksis det samme som amygdalin. Hos prunasin så fjerner du det klart røde glukosemolekylet, så har du fortsatt igjen det purpurrøde igjen. Ellers er de like. Prunasin = 1 glukose, amygdalin = 2 glukose.
English: Amygdaline wich reacts with water (black), and forms glucose (red), benzaldehyde (almond scent/aroma blue) and hydrogen cyanide (green).
Prunasine are allmost the same as amygdaline. Then you remove de pure red glucose molecule, so you have only the purple one left. Otherwise they are the same. Punasine = 1 glucose, amygdaline = 2 glucose. |
