Images of Brallion (talk · contribs)

[edit]

All four of these images are computer-generated tracings of photos. The copyright status of the original photos is unclear, but it is highly unlikely that they have been released under a free license, given the nature of the material, and - in any case - Brallion's description of the images as his/her own work is definitely false. Evidence can be presented on request, although the squarish artifacts visible in all four images should be sign enough that they're not handmade. (The artifacts are the result of a tracing algorithm picking up JPEG artifacts in the original image.) Zetawoof (talk) 10:03, 23 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted, those were effectively copyright violations. Legally speaking, on the other hand, such images would have been allowed if they were taken in a country where bestiality/zoophilia is not illegal, since Florida doesn't have laws against it (where the servers are located), hence only the State in which the work was created can influence on the legal status. • Those were, in fact, artistic creations, but I did use photographic elements. There was no bestiality/zoophilia in the components, just photoshopping of human and dolphin forms. But, perhaps the images are best deleted because I no longer have access to the location of all my photographic references; I cannot prove that they are public domain. Sorry for the headache everyone. --Brallion (talk) 17:40, 16 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
