- Fair question, and I'm not sure I have an answer to that question but I'll share my thought process on this. This file was part of a mass DR in 2012 Commons:Deletion requests/Files in Category:Banksy in London which was kept. Graffiti is a grey area copyright-wise, and Banksy is a known artist, and Graffiti should be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. That being said, there is a recent DR Commons:Deletion requests/File:Banksy's original art "Guard with balloon dog".jpg (the decision was delete) where it's stated that Banksy has requested no commercial use of his work. This also lines up with the current Flickr license of the photograph which has been CC-BY-NC since November 22, 2022 (I will restore the original CC-BY license on the file that a bot had checked in 2012 with Infrogmation's upload, a user removed that license and replaced with a non-free grafitti warning and also will put a warning that the current Flickr license is different). There was also a 2019 DR whose decision ended in delete. Commons:Deletion requests/Files in Category:Brexit mural (Banksy). My intent is definitely to try to work out on a case-by-case basis whether Banksy works should be kept or not, I don't have any intention on starting any mass DRs on Banksy's works. I don't have any strong feelings one way or the other on this file so I'm open towards arguments for keeping this. Abzeronow (talk) 03:03, 29 June 2023 (UTC)
Deleted: I just deleted a photo of another Banksy work due to his NC statement. I'm not about to start anything on the entire category, though,. —holly {chat} 22:27, 1 November 2023 (UTC)
