- The person depicted died in 1962. According to the Azerbaijan SSR (where it was taken) copyright law, photographic images are in free domain ten years after the photograph's publication, which means this photograph has been in free use not later than since 1972. Deleted: The term of copyright in Azerbaijan is 50 years pma, not 10 years after publication. Therefore this image cannot under any circumstances be free before next January 1, and probably much later. . Jim . . . . Jameslwoodward (talk to me) 11:41, 1 August 2012 (UTC)
