I doubt it is own work by the uploader. According to en:Nigamananda#Works it is a magazine cover. The published/author(?) died 1935 (if I understand correctly). So {{PD-India}} would apply instead. Saibo (Δ) 03:27, 3 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Saibo

If I did any mistake, sorry for that! You are right it is a magazine cover, purely related to Hindu's Sanatana Dharma. The publisher and author is en:Swami Nigamananda. Accoring to your logic it should moved to PD-India.
Thanks for update.

Yes, you made a mistake: you have put your name in the field "author" and put "own work" in the field "source". Author is not the person who upload this work. Author is the person who made/designed the original. But it is okay, everybody here makes errors - just try to avoid next time and ask someone at Commons:Help desk if anything is not clear to you.
Do you know from which year this cover is? When was it published? Cheers --Saibo (Δ) 01:24, 5 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Saibo

As said Arya- darpan was launched by en:Swami Nigamananda in the month of Kartik 1315 BS (ie October November 1908 AD). This cover is since 1908 and published in same year. [1]
I am pleased to read your above kind advise.

Hi Dcmpuri, okay, thanks. I have added {{PD-1923}}, too. To indicate why it is PD in the USA. This can be  Keep now.
Please could you edit the file page and add a more detailled source? Did you scan it? From the original? Did you download it from a website? Which? Cheers --Saibo (Δ) 23:19, 5 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Saibo
Thanks for nice reply.
Yes it is downloded from Assam Bangiya Saraswata Matha (http://absmath.org/en/aryadarpan/Aryadarpan.htm), en:Swami Nigamananda's own foundation.
You are most welcome for further queries.

Hello Dcmpuri, okay, see the file page: I have added this source now (just by editing the page - like any other wiki page). Cheers --Saibo (Δ) 01:28, 7 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for prompt reply.
Can I hide the deletion tag please?
Dcmpuri (talk) 03:44, 7 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, do not care about the deletion tag. It will (and should only be) removed by the admin who closes this deletion discussion here. It will happen in the next few days I guess. Cheers --Saibo (Δ) 16:41, 7 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Ok noted

Hi Saibo

DR should close now.

Dcmpuri (talk) 09:14, 6 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

It will be closed by an admin at some time. Just wait. Cheers --Saibo (Δ) 01:07, 7 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
