Deutsch: Als Mehl wird das durch Mahlen von Getreidekörnern entstehende Pulver bezeichnet. Es wird aus den Getreidesorten Weizen, Dinkel, Roggen, Hafer, Gerste, Hirse, Mais und Reis gewonnen.
