Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Threshold of originality

Hi Bedivere, I found a vector version of the file File:Oklahoma Baptists Logo.png and wanted to upload it to Commons, does it meet the threshold of originality or can it be considered a public domain text logo under Template:PD-textlogo? Multicuenta sube imágenes con datos corruptos

Hola, estuve viendo que pillé una serie de imágenes subidas con datos y fechas erróneas, posiblemente casi todas tengan información equivocada y de paso es un usuario que ya fue expulsado de la es.wikipedia, cuando le he pillado ha optado por insultarme y pavonearse de su evasión. Duda imagen investigador

Hola Bedivere! Tengo una duda, estaba limpiando items en Wikidata y me encontré con la imagen de un investigador chileno que me parece que no está con derechos liberados. Es esta imagen File:Eduardo Faundez.jpg subida por un usuario con solo esa edición y haciendo una búsqueda en google me aparece la imagen en este archivo de 2016. ¿Que opinas? El archivo por si mismo no tiene ninguna información de copyright pero se trata de una obra propiedad de la Universidad Estatal de Dakota del Norte, cuyo sitio web reza sin más "©2024 North Dakota State University, an equal opportunity, affirmative action institution." Just a P.S., you should probably double check that you give users alerts in the future and before speedy deleting a file, you should ensure it does indeed qualify under the SPEEDY criteria. The file which you stated “is definitely copyrightable” and “ as a result this shall remain deleted” has been undeleted with an overwhelming consensus to keep it. Speedy deletion criteria only work when there is absolutely no question that it is 100% copyrightable. If there is even the slightest possibility it is public domain or free-to-use, you should open deletion requests and not speedy delete the file. Anyways, keep up the good work here on the Commons! Yo creo que podría no ser una obra del gobierno estadounidense. El sitio web, además de tener una nota clara de "© 2024 Rewards for Justice" (a pesar de pertenecer al departamento de justicia), contiene fotografías cuyo origen podría no ser claro, como es el caso de esta foto. Se ponen fotografías de los criminales para permitir su identificación pero no necesariamente las fotografías son del gobierno. Bedivere (talk) 17:01, 8 December 2024 (UTC)

¿Puedes ayudarme a dar tu veredicto por favor?, es que varias imágenes de Peso Pluma las mandé a mejorar de calidad ya que las originales están en baja calidad, y se subieron aparte porque ya sabes que aquí en Wikimedia Commons está prohibido sobreescribir la imagen y además varias de ellas van a ilustrar los artículos.
