Norsk bokmål: Fridtjof Nansen i samtale med presidenten i republikken Georgia etter åpningen av den nye Sjiranskikanalen. (Leninakan). Ett av bildene fra reisen gjennom Armenia i perioden 7 juni til 2 juli 1925. På anmodning fra Det Internasjonale Arbeidsbyrå (ILO) og Folkeforbundet reiste Fridtjof Nansen sammen med en utpekt kommisjon sakkyndige for å besøke landet og undersøke planer for kunstig vanning av ørkenområder med tanke på å overføre armenske flyktninger dit.
English: Fridtjof Nansen in conversation with the president of the Republic of Georgia, after the opening of the new Sjiranski Canal (Leninakan). One of the pictures from the trip through Armenia, in the period June 7 to July 2, 1925. On request of the International Labour Union (ILO) and the League of Nations, Fridtjof Nansen travelled together with an appointed committee of experts, visiting the country and looking at the plans for artificial irrigation of parts of the desert, in order to relocate refugees there.
Deutsch: Fridtjof Nansen im Gespräch mit dem Präsidenten der Republik Georgien nach der Eröffnung des neuen Sjiranskikanals (Leninakan). Eines der Bilder von der Reise durch Armenia im Zeitraum 7. Juni bis 2. Juli 1925. Auf Aufforderung des Internationalen Arbeitsbüros (ILO) und dem Völkerbund reiste Fridtjof Nansen zusammen mit einer ausgewählten Kommision Fachleuten zu einem Besuch im Lande um die Pläne für künstliche Bewässerung der Wüstengebiet zu untersuchen. Die Idee war, armenische Flüchtlinge dorthin zu überführen.

Una de las fotos del viaje por Armenia en el periodo entre el 7 de junio al 2 de julio de1925. Por una petición de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) y la Liga de las Naciones, Nansen viajó con una comisión de expertos para visitar el país y examinar los planes de irrigación artificial de zonas de desierto con la idea de trasladar a los refugiados armenios a estas.
Nederlands: Fridtjof Nansen in gesprek met de Georgische president na de opening van het nieuwe Sjiranski-kanaal. Een foto van de reis door Armenië in de periode 7 juni tot 2 juli 1925. Fridtjof Nansen reisde samen met een groep specialisten naar Armenië als afgezant van de Internationale Arbeidersorganisatie (ILO) en de Volkenbond. Ze onderzochten de plannen voor kunstmatige irrigatie van de woestijn, op de plaats waar een nederzetting voor vluchtelingen moest komen. (Leninakan)
