Description
Français : Le tchakpalo ou dolo communément appelée "Tchakpa" est une boisson alcoolisée à base de mil produite par les femmes des pays d'Afrique subsaharienne à partir de pratiques ancestrales transmises de génération en génération. Au Togo, elle est la spécialité des populations du grand Nord c'est-à-dire de la région des Savanes. Elle est généralement servie dans les calebasses fabriquées à partir des fruits de l'espèce *Cressentia cujette*. Notons qu'elle se distingue du Tchoukoutou par sa texture plus légère, sa couleur allant du rouge clair au foncé et par son goût plus léger.
