I found it from the National Library of France "Bibliothèque nationale de France" from their Manuscript Archive Section "Archives et manuscrits". It is a manuscript copy of a medieval book called Futuh Al-Habesh. It is part of d'Antoine d'Abbadie's Collection in the National Library. I read all items in the national library is public domain.
