@Billinghurst I don't really understand why you declined the speedy deletion request [1]. The image was uploaded by a sockpuppet of Stluciainformation and is part of ongoing xwiki spam. Given this is self-promotion (by a globally locked user) I think Commons:CSD#G10 and Commons:CSD#F10 are fulfilled. That's why other pictures related to this spam have been deleted as well. Based on my own speedy deletion requests there were e.g.
Those pictures were deleted by @Túrelio and Yann: and in some cases even by yourself. And I know there have been even more of those (usually identical) pictures where others successfully requested speedy deletion (I'm just too lazy to search for those).
