590K views · 15K reactions | this easy dinner is so good y'all! | beef, noodle, dinner | this easy dinner is so good y'all! This beef and noodle casserole is so yummy | By Kristin's Friends | Alright, y'all. I have one pound of cooked ground beef. I cooked this a little while ago. Let's get this out of our out of our bowl. I have one container of Lay's French onion dip. So if y'all want to make your own French onion dip, y'all can do that too. You know, where you get like the dry packet mix and then sour cream but I just bought this today because I did. That's why. That's it. That's my reason because I did, alright? That's it. Here we go. Get this all out. We scraping it all out. We're getting all this goodness out of this jar. Alright. Perfect. French onion. I love French onion dip y'all. If you give me a bag of chips and some French onion dip. Ooh, dangerous situation. Alright, then we taking some of mushroom. We're using two two cans of cream of mushroom, alright? Get that all out. One and two. Y'all can use a different kind if you like but I feel like feel like this mixture is real good. Alright. So now we're going to do here. We're going to give this a little mix, alright? So we're going to mix our one pound of ground beef with our French onion dip and our two cans of cream of mushroom soup. And look we got this. Thick mixture. This thick thick mixture. I bet I bet this will be good. I love French onion dip y'all. It tastes so good. So good. Alright. So now here what we going to do. We just going to put a little bit of seasoning in this. Uh we don't need any salt. We're going to do a little bit of black pepper. Pepper pepper. But we don't need salt. We got enough salt in here already. And then we also going to put in at this point a little bit of green onion. Alright and we're just going to give this another quick mix before we add our next ingredient. Alright. That's great. So Alright y'all so I cooked I cooked some egg noodles. I cooked a giant package. 16 ounces. So I'm going to see. I'm not sure if we're going to use the whole package. Maybe about half but we going to see you know how how much fit in this dish. This nine by 13. Alright? So we're going to give this a mix. We want a nice ratio of moist noodles. Covered with our thick mixture. And yeah. So I think I actually think this is a good amount of noodles. I've used about half the package, okay? So we're just going to this up so it's all combined nice and easy this is a delicious hearty meal comfort you know this is this is comfort right here comfort food you know sometimes when you don't feel good or like you're sad or something like nothing is better than some comfort food you know some soft warm feeling food makes you feel good like when you're a little kid or something I don't know that's what comfort food is to me y'all I want to know what comfort food is to you tell me tell me what comfort food is to you and tell me what your favorite comfort food is I like I think, I don't know. Stuff like this I like. You know, noodles, hearty noodle dishes that are warm. I don't know. It just reminds me of being a kid and I think I think that's why it's comforting. When times were easier, right? When you're a kid, you don't have a worry in the world. You just float around and play and that's that. Alright. Anyways, enough babbling for me today y'all. Alright. So, at this point, I'm going to put a little bit of mozzarella cheese. Y'all don't have to use cheese. This dish is real good without as well. I've done it without. Um but to I don't know. I'm just feeling like cheese is comforting to me today. So guess what? We're using some mozzarella. Nice and easy y'all. And I'm not putting too much on. Just a nice little thin layer. And again it's real good without. You don't need it. Green onion. And then on top y'all we doing some some of these crispy onions again. I don't know. I'm doing weird kicks y'all. I don't know if y'all noticed that. We're like I used something a lot for a little while just because I like it. Alright so we're using the whole bag right on top. Right on top. Mm mm mm. Alright. We put this in the oven at 350 for about 25 minutes. Y'all are going to love this quick and easy dinner. Alright y'all. I took this out of the oven a little while ago. Um I'm really excited to try it. So remember this is our ground beef with our French onion dip and our creamy mushroom soup and egg noodles. So Imma serve some up on my plate here. We also put a little mozzarella cheese on it. Again, y'all can make this without the cheese if you'd like, alright? So, let me give myself a nice little helping. Alright. Oh, this is smelling real good. I love French onion anything. I think I already said that like twelve times but alright y'all. There's my serving. I'm going to turn the camera around and we going to taste this. Alright, y'all. We going to try it. I'm really excited. It's still steaming. I don't know if y'all can see that or not but I don't care. Alright. Y'all it's starting to get Real hot where I live. How about you? I want to know. Real hot. It went from winter to summer overnight. I don't know how I feel about that but that's alright. Um alright y'all it's hot but I'm going to try it. It's going to be delicious y'all. Y'all. If you're like me and you love French onion, this is so good. Enjoy.

easy crockpot roast for the holidays! | easy crockpot roast for the holidays! this cranberry and balsamic glazed roast is so good! | By Kristin's Friends | Alright, y'all. I have a four-pound beef chuck roast. I'm just pouring a little olive oil on it and we're going to put a little salt and pepper on both sides, okay? I'm making it delicious. Oops. Oh, oh, oh my goodness. My my salt's going crazy. Y'all y'all don't hear anything. I know you don't hear any banging behind me. Alright. Now, we're going to put our beef chuck roast right here and if you want to put a little more seasoning on it, you can. Alright, y'all. This is so much fun. I'm so excited. So, on top of the beef roast, we're going to put a couple tablespoons of cornstarch. We're going to do two. One, two. This don't look that pretty but it's okay. We gotta pat pat pat it in. Alright, I'm going to use my hand that that my meat hand, my beef hand. I should have done this in a different order but that's okay. I'm distracted today y'all. I'll tell y'all why I'm a little if you can't figure it out but it's quiet. It's quiet. Okay. So now, I'm going to take some garlic and put it right on top. Alright, y'all. So, this is going to be yummy. I have two to three carrots. Two to 3. I'll leave the skin on. Do you all eat the skinners? I I I honestly I do it because I'm lazy mostly but also I feel like it's good fiber. I don't know. What do you think Reggie? Whatever your oat floats or whatever floats your oat. I I always eat the carrot skin. Alright, one onion cut up, alright? This kind of looks ugly. I'm I'm mad at myself that I didn't make it look prettier. Alright. Anyways, I'm mad Reggie. Uh balsamic vinegar. We putting about a quarter cup of balsamic vinegar right on top of our big meat. Okay, that's about right. What else we put in here? We putting some y'all now here's the kicker. This is the fun part. I have meat, dirty meat ham. We have some cranberry juice. Uh we're going to pour about Three quarters of a cup. I don't know if that was wrapped but there's no way we going to know but that's about how much I think. Alright, y'all. I was just measuring in my head. I'm like, three quarters. Okay. Uh we have some whole berry cranberry sauce. We're going to put this right on the end. This stuff is so good y'all. I love this stuff. Do you like this stuff, Bridget? Yeah. Um I like the jelly kind of I mean this is jelly but. Not the whole cranberry. Not the whole cranberry but yeah. Alright, y'all. This this looks real ugly though right now. So, I'm kind of mad at myself again but there's someone banging my roof right now. I don't know if y'all can hear it or not. It's kind of annoying but that's okay. Fred likes to schedule these things on my film days. I don't know. I, you know, I I just I I guess I should just think that he does it to give me material. That's why I think he does it. Right, Bridget? That has to be why. He's helping me. He's helping me. Yeah. Yeah. He's he's giving me some material to talk about. Alright. Anyways, even though my my first dish looks ugly but we have some fresh time. Let's see. Right there. Fresh time. Okay, that looks pretty though now. It's kind of getting better and we have some bay leafs bay leaf bay leaves bay leaf don't this come from a bay laurel tree we were going to get some of those in our front yard but then they were real expensive so we didn't alright we're going to put two of those right here okay y'all so this is like a holiday roast and even though it's not even Halloween yet, Halloween's a holiday so we're going to cover this and cook this on low for about eight hours and we got me and Fred going to eat this for dinner tonight y'all. That's it. I'm so excited. This is Jeannie y'all. She's usually hiding during the day. She doesn't like being in the movies but I don't know if y'all watch my stories. Yeah, I put pictures of her in there a lot. She purrs real loud and she likes to talk but she's camera shy and shy in real life. She hid the whole time. My daddy was here watching them while me and Fred were out of town. Yup. You don't like anybody, right? She's like, no, I don't want to look at the camera. Alright, bye Jeannie. I forgot about this y'all. I was like laying on the couch about to watch TV. I go to bed at like 930 and then I was like, oh my goodness, I forgot. I have to finish this but anyway, so hence the pajama shirt and stuff. Um alright. So, we have that beef roast, the beef chuck roast. It was about four pounds. Brady, let me push it closer to you. That's good. Okay and we cooked this with remember we use some jelly cranberry sauce, cranberry juice, balsamic vinegar, onions, carrots, some fresh thyme. So we about to eat some of this. Fred's going to love this. It should be like fork tender or tongue tender. Tongue tender. Okay Fred. Fred. Uh I think this would be real good with some green beans but because I forgot I don't have any green beans y'all. I just have some broccoli. So so we going to do our best okay? So I'm going to get a little bit of the juice. This is going to be real hot. Fred are you having this for dinner? He's excited. Fred loves this stuff. Almost your birthday. Yeah but we're going to probably post this after your birthday. My dream cat. He's my dream cat. Look at daddy Foofy Lou. Frankie. Look at Daddy. Oh my goodness. Y'all y'all can you tell me and Fred are obsessed with our cats. We just loved them. Uh if Kevin was here I would get him too but I don't know where he went. He's like mama I worked enough today. Alright. I already ate dinner y'all. I'm not going to lie but let's try this. Fred I think this is going to be good. Fred I have an idea. Come here. Maybe you should try it. Let's do this Fred. Hold on. Uh Why didn't I get enough? We're going to use this. Oh my, this meat looks perfect y'all. Oh my goodness. This has been cooking for like eight hours now. Alright. So, broccoli taste good. I already know that. We're just going to taste the flavor on the meat because that's what's really important, alright? Here we go, Fred. Smells good. Fred. Fred, this is good. Um. Looks really good. Mmm. Smells amazing. Fred, do you like cranberry sauce? Yeah. Cuz that's what's in it. Y'all this is so good and I'm going to eat this pot and I'm going to go to bed soon. Friends.
