Today’s tutorial is for a framed vellum birthday card. Creating a frame for the vellum hides the adhesive that would show through it.

The Saleabration Sheer Vellum was calling me again, so I came up with a birthday card using the vellum combined with the Stacked with Love Designer Series Paper stack.
