Struggling with annoying leaks when you run or jump? Have ab separation from pregnancy which causes bulging in your stomach? 

This exercises helps improve core stability and strength. While it might look simple, it requires balance and strength to maintain good form. 

As you pull your knee in towards you, do a pelvic floor contraction. 

Do 10 reps on each leg for 2 rounds. 
The key is not to rush through them, but to move with control and focus. 

While one exercise isn't the answer to everything, it's a great start. Add this into a ten minute routine and you'll see great results.
