This image kind of shows the individuals have their own ntrapersonal skills but then they are brought out, when in a group/ class and using the then interpersonal skills. This relates to Gardners's Theory of multiple intelligences. Regardless of the culture, these two are always present with and individual and can be significant when teaching social emotional skills to gifted students. Some students might have stronger intrapersonal skills while others might have stronger interpersonal.

My diagnosis of a mental health disorder was a shock and a relief. I would come to know that I would not be healed, but I could manage. Ultimately that was hope.
