Happy Sunday 😊 Here is this week’s morning intentions as part of our year of weekly morning intentions (which you can start any time you want by the way). On a given morning, you can sit quietly for two minutes, repeating this intention silently in your mind as if you were meditating (we choose Sundays). This weekly ritual has personally helped reduce unnecessary stress in my life by reminding me to keep things simple, peaceful, and in perspective.
