Vintage Thailand Collar Necklace/Etched Floral/Silver Platted/12" L x 5 1/2". Stunning Vintage Hmong Miao Torque silver necklace . Silver plate brass ceremonial Torque Necklace with fringe & bells. Hand engraved with botanical scroll motif & elongated links. Hangs and moves beautifully, the bib fits with hook closure. Good vintage condition, the few areas that are showing age are some of the silver around the neck area is faded and the two top dangling flowers are pushed in. Please see pictures for full details. Miao silver is not pure silver, but an alloy of silver, copper and nickel. It's a traditional material for making jewelry by craftsmen of Miao Hmong ethnic tribe.
