The back part of the chain is a weave pattern and the front near the pendant has six diamond tulip like flowers with a centralized diamond bow. From the diamond bow hangs another diamond tulip which leads to the open foliage drop pendant. If you look closely, you can see a small heart above the center leaf in the pendant.
