This is the first one that I’ve ever made so I wanted to share a couple things that I learned or might do differently next time. •I would probably make the cushion 1/2-1” bigger than I would usually make my cushion. Because of the edge detail it pulled in slightly smaller and I like my cushions to be snug in the space. •Use button tufting thread the first time. I started by using upholstery weight thread and got to side 3 before it snapped. There is not much that I find more frustrating than being close to finishing a piece and then something happens. •Stuff the corners extra extra extra! I had heard this tip and did put some in but I should have added more.
