Everything tastes better in hand thrown, artisan created serveware and this versatile tureen is both oven and microwave safe. Best of all, this piece retains heat well to keep your soups and stews warm while looking appealing on the tabletop. This stoneware tureen has a neutral speckled glaze, typical for studio pottery of its era, on an elevated globular body. After all, how you serve at gatherings is every bit as important as what you serve.
