Our mission with this optometry office was to use most of the doctor’s furnishings from his old office, while building and designing his new office to look as current as his state-of-the-art equipment. We used outdoor fabrics for the additional furniture in the waiting room. That way it could take the wear-and-tear of daily use.

Kristin O’Brien, OD, is no stranger to starting a practice; she did it once in Denver, Colorado, just after graduating. Afterward, Dr. O’Brien worked with iCare Advisors, consulting other cold-start practices.
