An American-style gas station is waiting for you on the highway out of Ouarzazate. It’s not a hallucination; rather it is the set used for the 2006 horror film “The Hills Have Eyes.” The gas station sits along the highway that runs through the small commune of Amerzgane outside Ouarzazate, a city known as Hollywood’s “door to the desert.”
