Have you used foam clay before? 👀 This stuff is seriously amazing if you wanna make props, decorations, of whatever your heart desires. My Super Crown would not be possible without this stuff. I’ve seen some friends do super cool things with this stuff! I know @cosplaychoco used it to make gorgeous details by using the stuff in silicone molds. I’m super excited that most of the foam work on my Bowsette style Piranha Plant cosplay is almost done! I spent most of the weekend sanding and priming Cosplay Crown Diy, Making Cosplay Props, Polymer Clay Crown, Foam Clay Cosplay, Foam Mask Diy, Plant Cosplay, Cosplay Props Diy, Foam Cosplay Diy, Foam Clay Crafts

Rita Tavares | Armor | Props on Instagram: "Hey Cosplayers! Foam Clay is an amazing material that lets you add intricate details to your armor and props. Once it dries, it looks and feels just like EVA foam, so it's light and flexible. Perfect for those detailed pieces that make your cosplay stand out! Foam clay is very stretchy, which makes it tricky to demold without deforming the piece. But don't worry, I've got a hack for that! Read the steps below 🙌 Steps: • Start by pressing the foam clay and filling your silicone mold. • Place the mold in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes, until the foam clay becomes harder and sturdy. • Carefully demold the piece. Freezing makes it easier to handle without deforming (Be careful not to touch the front part of the mold as it might deform it ⚠️) Eva Foam Halloween Decor, Foam Clay Cosplay, Eva Foam Crafts, Craft Foam Armor, Eva Foam Armor, How To Make Foam, Pumpkin Carver, Foam Armor, Diy Cosplay

Sometimes you need to make a wooden wizard staff for your next cosplay, but there’s no way to get ahold of an actual stick to use. Or maybe you need to create a wooden staff that has a very specific shape to match the character design. In these cases, I have found that the best way to mimic the texture of a wooden staff is by using aluminum foil and clay.
