In Ayurveda, we call this special time 🌱 Kapha Season - when us and the land are slowly reawakening after a long Winter slumber. The cold, dry and slow hibernation that Winter (aka Vata Season) accumulates both in the environment and in our bodies makes us feel the urge to counter-balance those effects as 🦋 Spring arrives.
