If you need your hat or a handbag urgently for a specific date and event we are welcome to help and send it out for an additional cost as a next day delivery. In this case order should be placed before 1pm GMT on a working day (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays). For Friday orders there`s a Saturday next day delivery service . Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery times as they are only guidelines. Hence we are unable to refund delivery costs in the event that the delivery date does not meet the provided estimates. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES The delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the whole parcel and location. Most orders will be sent by 'Royal Mail International Signed For' service, however, orders over 2kg will be sent by Parcelforce with a signature on delivery required.
